1 red onion, chopped
1 1/2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Peel the potato, slice it, and place the slices on a baking sheet with a little oil.
Roast the potato for about 30 minutes until it is soft.
Then, put all the other ingredients in a food processor and blend until a firm batter forms.
Chill the batter in the refrigerator or freezer for a while.
Form flat patties from the mixture and briefly fry them in a frying pan.
Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven. The longer they stay in the oven, the more they will dry out.
