You start with body measurements (fat, weight, and circumference) and at the beginning and end of the program a 12-point skinfold measurement so that we have insight into your body composition and nutritional needs.

You will receive explanations about healthy nutrition. We provide tools and teach you how to create a healthy and balanced diet that is achievable within your busy life.

You train 3 times a week in a small group (max 8 people), which provides motivation, social support, and connection. The dynamics of the group serve as your accountability and keep you motivated to continue working towards your goals.

VEELGESTELDE VRAGEN

No, lifestyle coaching focuses on nutrition and exercise in a group setting (small group training), while personal training consists of individual 1-on-1 sessions. Lifestyle coaching is ideal if you want nutritional guidance but also enjoy training in a group.

You train 3 times a week for about 1 hour. Additionally, you track your nutrition in our app (20-30 minutes per week). In total, that's about 3.5-4 hours per week.

After the program, you can choose whether to continue with small group training, personal training, or stop completely. Many participants continue because they want to maintain the results.

Absolutely not. The small group training sessions are available at different levels, so you can always make adjustments. We ensure that you work at your level.

Yes! Most participants see clear results: weight loss, more energy, better sleep, and increased self-confidence. Much depends on your commitment, but with our guidance, you will really see results.
