1. Trial lesson with an experienced trainer
You request a trial lesson and participate in a small group training in Overveen or Heemstede so that you can experience the small-scale and personal atmosphere at Daadkracht for yourself.

2. Motivation with focus on motor skills
You will be taught by an experienced trainer who knows you and corrects you so that you feel at home and motivated. Together, you will work within your capacity towards a stronger body.

3. The warmth of a group
You train together in a small group of a maximum of 6-8 people so that you can motivate each other and there is enough space for personal attention.

4. Schedule weekly training sessions
You can easily schedule your workouts via the app. This way, you have structure and can look forward to your training moments every week in a small-scale gym where you feel seen.

Each session lasts 50-60 minutes: warm-up, core training, and cool-down. This is long enough for an effective workout but not too much.
