A delicious banana bread explained
Ingredients:
80 grams of oats
4 bananas
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
40 grams of blueberries
40 grams of mixed nuts (Albert Heijn)
8 speculoos cookies
Blender or hand mixer
Cake tin
Coconut oil
Preparation method
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2) Grind the oats in a blender or with a hand mixer.
3) Add the bananas and eggs and mix until smooth batter.
4) Add the cinnamon and protein powder and mix again.
5) Then stir in the nuts and blueberries with a spoon.
6) Grease the baking tin with coconut oil.
7) Pour half of the batter into a cake tin.
8) Break the speculoos cookies in half and spread them over the batter already in the cake tin.
9) Pour the other half of the batter into the cake tin.
10) Bake the banana bread for about 30 minutes until done.
11) Let it cool for a moment and enjoy!
