Recipe for spinach salad with falafel and hummus explained
300 grams of spinach
234 grams of falafel (Garden Gourmet)
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
8 cherry tomatoes
1 stalk of spring onion
70 grams of soft goat cheese or feta
1 tablespoon of hummus
Optional: lentils (as in the photo)
Preparation method
Fry the falafel in a frying pan for 8 minutes until cooked.
Meanwhile, chop the bell pepper and spring onion into small pieces.
Place the spinach in a large bowl and distribute the ingredients over it.
Then add the falafel and crumble the goat cheese or feta over the top.
Serve your portion and add a tablespoon of hummus on top.
