Spicy salmon burger with fresh garlic yogurt dip explained
Ingredients for 4 people:
Salmon burgers:
– 400 grams of salmon
– 2 tsp mustard
– handful of dill
– 1 egg
– pepper and salt
– 2 tbsp flour
Yogurt dip:
– 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– sprig of dill, finely chopped
– clove of garlic
– pepper and salt
Preparation method:
1. Grind all the ingredients for the salmon burgers, except the flour, in a food processor. It doesn't have to be completely smooth; some larger pieces of salmon can still be visible.
2. Dust the work surface with flour and form 4 burgers from the salmon mixture. Make sure the burgers are coated with flour on both sides.
3. Cook the salmon burgers in a frying pan until done. Both sides should be cooked for about 3 minutes. Carefully flip the burgers after 3 minutes so they don't fall apart.
4. While cooking, prepare the yogurt dip. Do this by mixing all the ingredients for the dip together. Serve the spicy salmon burger with dip and possibly a salad. Enjoy!
