Recipe for sauerkraut salad with feta and olives explained
Ingredients
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
250 grams drained sauerkraut
6 sun-dried tomatoes
100 grams feta cheese
100 grams black olives
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons parsley
Preparation method
Drain the sauerkraut well and then place it in a bowl.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips and the spring onions into small rings. Mix them into the sauerkraut.
Then crumble the feta over the sauerkraut and distribute the olives.
Put a small bowl with the honey in the microwave for 10 seconds. Then make a dressing with the olive oil, paprika powder, chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley.
Serve the sauerkraut salad with the dressing and garnish with the remaining parsley!
Variation tip!
Serve with a piece of steak.
Add a handful of almonds or chopped walnuts for an extra crunch.
Serve as lunch with some pieces of smoked chicken breast in it.
