Ingredients

  • 1 pointed cabbage

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 stalks of spring onion

  • 2 eggs

Preparation method

  1. Chop the pointed cabbage, red bell pepper, and spring onion into pieces.

  2. Heat a wok and gently sauté the garlic and spring onion.

  3. Beat the eggs and scramble them in a separate pan.

  4. Add the pointed cabbage and red bell pepper to the wok and season with plenty of pepper and salt.

  5. Finally, add the scrambled eggs and you're done!

Variation tips

  • For example, serve with chicken satay skewers!

  • Also delicious with stir-fried shrimp mixed in.

  • Add bean sprouts for an extra Asian touch.
