Recipe for multigrain wrap with scrambled eggs and salmon explained

Ingredients (2 persons)

  • multigrain wraps

  • 2 eggs

  • 200 grams of smoked salmon

  • 1 small bag of iceberg lettuce

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 can of corn

  • 2 stalks of chives

  • low-fat quark

Preparation method

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.

  2. Cook the smoked salmon over low heat until pink and stir in 2 eggs.

  3. Snip 2 stalks of chives into the egg mixture and season with pepper and salt.

  4. Warm the multigrain wraps and spread with a spoonful of low-fat quark.

  5. Fill the wraps with the egg mixture and finish with some avocado, corn, and iceberg lettuce.

  6. Optional: you can choose to add a sauce, but this wrap is already a tasty and quick lunch or dinner!
