Recipe for multigrain wrap with scrambled eggs and salmon explained
Ingredients (2 persons)
multigrain wraps
2 eggs
200 grams of smoked salmon
1 small bag of iceberg lettuce
1 avocado
1 can of corn
2 stalks of chives
low-fat quark
Preparation method
Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
Cook the smoked salmon over low heat until pink and stir in 2 eggs.
Snip 2 stalks of chives into the egg mixture and season with pepper and salt.
Warm the multigrain wraps and spread with a spoonful of low-fat quark.
Fill the wraps with the egg mixture and finish with some avocado, corn, and iceberg lettuce.
Optional: you can choose to add a sauce, but this wrap is already a tasty and quick lunch or dinner!
