Recipe for lunch salad with smoked trout explained

Ingredients (1 person)

For the salad

  • 75 grams smoked trout fillet

  • 50 grams spinach

  • 50 grams arugula

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • 3 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 large carrot

  • 1 spring onion

  • 1/2 avocado

For the dressing

  • 1 tablespoon low-fat quark

  • 1/2 teaspoon dill

  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

  • pepper and salt

  • 3 drops soy sauce

  • a bit of lemon juice

Preparation method

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces.

  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and dilute with water to create a liquid dressing.

  3. Place the salad and the other ingredients in a bowl or container to take with you. Top with the trout and finish with the dressing.

  4. Et voilà, a light and nutritious lunch!

Variation tips

  • If you want something more filling, add a boiled egg!

  • For an extra crunch, it's also nice with a handful of almonds mixed in.
