Ingredients for healthy tuna salad (2 servings)

  • 1 can of tuna in water

  • 2 tablespoons of chickpeas

  • 1 tablespoon of silver onions

  • 3 gherkins

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1 tablespoon of low-fat quark or yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

  • 1 dash of sriracha or chili sauce

  • pepper & salt

Preparation of healthy tuna salad

  1. Open the can of tuna and a can of chickpeas and drain the water.

  2. Take a bowl and add the tuna while breaking it up with a fork or knife.

  3. Chop the gherkins, silver onions, and apple into small pieces and mix them into the tuna along with the chickpeas.

  4. Add the sauce and mix well again.

  5. Season with pepper and salt.

  6. Voila, your healthy tuna salad is ready!
