Ingredients

  • 150 grams of quinoa

  • a handful of raisins

  • 300 grams of chicken breast

  • Paprika or curry powder

  • 4 sprigs of mint

  • 60 grams of feta

  • 1 sweet pointed pepper

  • 1 avocado

Preparation method

  1. Cook the quinoa for about 8 to 10 minutes and let the raisins cook along.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast and marinate with paprika or curry powder and some olive oil.

  3. Cut the pointed pepper, avocado, and feta into pieces.

  4. Drain the quinoa and let it sit for a moment.

  5. Cook the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes until done.

  6. Spread the chicken mixture over the quinoa and add the pepper, avocado, and feta.

  7. Snip the mint over it and mix everything well.

  8. Enjoy your meal!
