Ingredients (2 persons)
2 zucchinis
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
50 grams of tomato paste
400 grams of canned diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon Italian herbs
Lean ground beef
Ground meat spices
10 mushrooms
1 sweet pointed pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation method
Make strands from the zucchinis, for example with a spiralizer.
Fry the ground beef with some ground meat spices and squeeze a clove of garlic over it.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, mushrooms, and pointed pepper into pieces.
Add the vegetables when the ground beef is crumbly and brown.
Then add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Pour in some water as needed so that the sauce is neither too thin nor too thick.
Sprinkle plenty of oregano into the sauce to taste.
Let it simmer for a while.
Stir-fry the courgetti strands in another pan for 2 minutes with some olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Divide the courgetti over two plates and spoon the bolognese sauce on top.
Add Parmesan cheese as desired.
