Recipe: cauliflower with curry & yogurt dip

And we understand that, because a serving of cooked cauliflower is not really flavorful. But you can prepare it differently, making eating vegetables truly delicious. Try this dish with cauliflower, curry, and yogurt dip, and you'll never want it any other way!

Cauliflower recipe with curry yogurt dip explained

Ingredients (2 persons)

  • 1 Cauliflower

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Spring Onion

  • Garlic Powder

  • Curry Powder

  • Parsley

  • Pepper and Salt

  • Low-fat Yogurt or Quark

Preparation Method

  • Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves, and cut into florets.

  • Place a wok on the heat and melt a teaspoon of coconut fat.

  • Add the florets to the pan and sauté for 1 minute on low heat. Season the cauliflower florets with plenty of curry and a pinch of garlic powder. Then add a small layer of water and let it steam with the lid on for about 3-5 minutes until the florets become a bit softer.

  • Meanwhile, chop the bell pepper and spring onions.

  • Remove the lid from the pan and increase the heat a bit, add the bell pepper and spring onions, and season with some pepper and salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  • In the meantime, scoop a few spoons of yogurt or quark into a bowl. Season with garlic powder, parsley, pepper, and salt.

Tip: this dish is delicious combined with a piece of salmon, chicken, or steak.
