Brussels sprouts à la Bram recipe explained
Ingredients
200 grams of Brussels sprouts
1 bag of Chinese stir-fry vegetables
100 grams of bacon bits
curry
paprika powder
Preparation method
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
Place a wok on the heat and add the Brussels sprouts. Add 2 cups of water, cover the pan, and let steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the bacon bits in a separate pan and let them drain on a paper towel.
Season the Brussels sprouts with curry and paprika powder.
Add the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry everything until cooked.
Serve the Brussels sprouts with the bacon bits. Enjoy!
Variation tips
For example, serve with chicken legs (Bram's tip) or meatballs.
Leave out the bacon bits if you want a healthier version.
