Broccoli spinach salad with blueberries and feta explained

Ingredients for 2 people:
– 100 grams baby spinach
– florets from half a broccoli (raw or briefly cooked)
– 1 avocado
– 80 grams blueberries
– 25 grams cranberries
– 20 grams sunflower seeds
– 25 grams feta
– 10 pecans
– pepper

Dressing:
– 125 grams low-fat quark
– 80 ml milk/buttermilk
– 2 tbsp mayonnaise
– clove of garlic
– teaspoon lemon juice
– tablespoon poppy seeds
– teaspoon dill
– teaspoon parsley
– teaspoon onion powder
– teaspoon paprika powder
– salt & pepper

Preparation method:
1. Press 1 clove of garlic and add all the other ingredients for the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. The dressing is best when made at least an hour in advance.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the salad. Add dressing and pepper to taste.
