Ingredients for stuffed avocado
(for 2 persons)
2 avocados
100 grams of Dutch shrimp
4 cm cucumber
1 spring onion
1 tablespoon low-fat quark
1/2 lemon
dill
pepper and salt
Preparation method
Chop the cucumber and spring onion finely and place in a bowl.
Halve the avocados, make incisions for small cubes, and scoop out into the bowl.
Mix the shrimp into the mixture.
Squeeze half a lemon over the mixture and add a spoonful of low-fat quark.
Season the mixture further with dill and pepper and salt to taste.
Scoop the mixture into the hollowed-out avocados.
