Poke bowl with quinoa, mango, and salmon explained

Ingredients: (2 servings)

  • 120 grams of quinoa

  • 100 grams of smoked salmon cubes

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • half a mango

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

  • a handful of fried onions

  • Optional: 2 sushi sheets

Preparation method:
1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
2. Cut the other ingredients into pieces or slices.
3. If you want to give your bowl a sushi twist, you can add sushi sheets cut into strips or pieces.
4. Drain the quinoa and stir in the soy sauce.
5. Distribute the ingredients over the quinoa according to your preference.
6. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fried onions.
7. Enjoy your meal! Enjoy your poke bowl.
