Ingredients for this oatmeal recipe

  • 1 large apple

  • 100 grams of blueberries

  • 1 generous tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 1 handful of currants

  • 1/2 scoop of protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons of spelt flour

  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal

  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (solid form)

Preparation of apple blueberry crumble

  1. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Place the pieces in an oven-safe dish.

  3. Add the blueberries.

  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon, currants, and protein powder over it and add 1 tablespoon of spelt flour and 1 tablespoon of oatmeal. Mix well.

  5. Then, combine the coconut oil with the agave syrup and the remaining spelt flour in a bowl and rub the ingredients between your fingers until it forms a crumble.

  6. Spread the crumble over the mixture and bake the apple & blueberry crumble in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
